Hammer & Chisel is NOW AVAILABLE, and I'm pretty excited about hosting my first Exclusive Online Test Group!
I was able to test out a couple of the Hammer & Chisel workouts on Beachbody on Demand, here is a quick video on the Total Body Chisel Workout. We did the workout at the gym and modified a bit by using the equipment from the gym. If you don't have access to a gym, you will need some dumbbells or resistance bands and a pull up bar (for best results).
