Time to UNSTRESS =)

Time to Unstress, Unstress Beachbody, Mediation, Beachbody on Demand Free, Filipino Beachbody Coach, Digital Nomad, Arnel Banawa

I don't know about you guys, but there are a lot of times in my life depending on what is going on, I can get a bit stressed.

I know that there is a such thing as "good" stress, but what I'm talking about doesn't feel good at all =)

For a lot of people, including some of my friends and family, we are always looking for ways to cope with stress in our lives. Unfortunately, some people turn to unhealthy habits such as smoking, drugs and consuming alcohol, which are all temporary solutions which most of us know can make matters even worse. I know this from experience because I used to drink all the time when things weren't going good in my life which led me to becoming a borderline alcoholic. Thank goodness I was able to get away from all of that with the help of close friends and living a healthier lifestyle. But it wasn't easy.

My Go To Online Platform for Workouts, Anytime - Anywhere!

Even though I was able to get out of that unhealthy lifestyle, I..even till this day, I can still endure stress in my life. These days, most of my stress comes from not making goal achievements set out for myself, finances that go up and down, the Covid-19 Pandemic, not being able to travel like before, the stress of being the man of the house (the protector), Dad stress =), and just everyday things that can slowly build up.

Time to Unstress, Unstress Beachbody, Mediation, Beachbody on Demand Free, Filipino Beachbody Coach, Digital Nomad, Arnel Banawa

I am always looking for other ways to cope without going back to my unhealthy habits, and it has been quite the struggle.

When the company that I work with came out with a new meditation program, I thought to myself, I should give this a try. In the past, meditation was always hard for me because it is difficult for me to stand still. My mind is ALWAYS going a million miles a minute, and I can get easily distracted.

As I am getting older, I am understanding more and more about keeping things simple in my life, and resting my mind and body when it needs it. So with this newfound mentality, I think that it may be easier for me now to give meditation a try once again.

For me, meditation is really just about making time for yourself without any distractions. But it really goes even deeper than that as I am founding out. I am learning about controlled breathing, and really leaving reality. I think it takes me a lot longer for me to meditate as sometimes I just keep thinking about what I need to do =). I have to really fight to get away and forget about everything that is going on, and eventually I do.

Meditation for me is a challenge like some of my workouts. For example, yoga is very difficult for me, but I do it anyways. This is no different. I think that the more I do it on a daily basis, it will eventually get easier, and one day I can finally be relaxed. I am really looking forward to that.

The idea of being totally relaxed and not stressed is something that I need in my life.

And that is why I chose to get UNSTRESS. =) Do you need to unstress?

THIS IS BUHI CAMARINES SUR

Buhi Camarines Sur, Bicol Philippines, Pongol Pool Buhi, Arnel Banawa, Lagalag Mafia, Filipino Beachbody Coach, Beachbody Philippines, Forsage Philippines, Ethereum Philippines, CoinsPH, Digital Nomad Philippines

So I know that I haven't posted in awhile, but guys I assure you that I have been mega busy with some really exciting projects, and ramping up my fitness back to where it once was =)

At any rate, I had some spare time to put a quick video of Buhi Camarines Sur in Bicol Philippines. This is the place where my fiancé and my daughter Penelope was born. This place is absolutely amazing, and gives you an idea of how the real Philippines is really like....simple, with traditions still passed down from family to family.

Some of my latest projects have been documenting the distribution
of school supplies on video from friends in the USA to the kids in the Philippines
Would you like to donate school supplies? Message me!
*All donations are documented and put on film for public viewing! =)

If there was a place for me to build a home, I would like to build one here, and maybe one day this will happen. I just hope that the internet gets better because that is one downfall to the place for people like me who work online to make a living. Anyways, I just wanted to share this video with you, enjoy! =)

THIS IS BUHI

Life in Cavite Philippines during the pandemic is going on almost 4 months now, and although the positive is that we are able to spend some really quality family time together, we are missing our travel adventures. It would be nice to be able to explore more of the Philippines right now, but at the moment, it is not recommended that we leave our own province, so we are staying put and just being safe. What we do have a lot of time to do is swimming. I purchased a portable pool a couple months ago, and it has been a blessing! And being in the Philippines, it can get really hot, even inside our home! So here's another quick video of us swimming and just enjoying our family time during the pandemic. Btw, our baby Pippa has been learning how to swim on her own, it's so awesome to see her dive and do things that you don't see a typical one year old to do in a pool. She may be a swimmer or surfer in the future, lets see what the future holds for her =)

Pool Time with the Family

Anyways, thanks for visiting my blog! I'll try to post more, but until then, please be safe my friends, and stay healthy, hope to see you all soon!

Become a Freelancer - Make Money Online Today!

Become a Freelancer, Become a Digital Nomad, Freelancer Online Courses, Fiverr Learn Online Courses, Binance Affiliate Program, ICoinPro Affiliate Program, Best Bitcoin Affiliate Program, Best Crypto Affiliate Program, Make money with Youtube, Arnel Banawa, Become a Beachbody Coach

Since I am hunkered down at home during this Coronavirus Outbreak, I thought that I would share some of the ways that I am able to work online and become a freelancer of digital products.

I've been working remotely for over 9 years now, and the question that I get from a lot of people is....how can I start? Well, it isn't that easy.

I started doing side hustles when I was working 3 traditional jobs and putting in about a 100 hours per week. I thought to myself, this isn't fun LOL. I went on a european backpacking trip many years ago, and my goal was always to find a way to work online so that I can travel for as long as I wanted. Being location dependent wasn't for me, so I worked hard to find things to do to make money online. Are you tired of doing the same thing, don't feel like your career is going anywhere, need extra money to make ends meet? This is how I felt, and I'm sure that there are many people who feel this way now, how about you?

The one thing that I like about being a freelancer (Digital Nomad), is the freedom to work anywhere around the world as long as I have an internet connection. And if I want to take a break from travel, I have the opportunity to hunker down at home, which is what Im doing now during this coronavirus pandemic! =)

THING TO KNOW: It's not easy becoming a Freelancer or Entrepreneur. It is based on your performance. If you don't hustle, you will not get paid. But there are things like residual income, basically money that you make even when you're sleeping. It's possible, but you have to work to make that happen. Do you have what it takes to work hard for 2-5 years, to have time freedom for the rest of your life? Most people don't, but if you're one of the OTHER people who likes to set goals, and really crush them, then you can join the 2-5% population who is successful doing this.

You don't have to be part of the 2% to be a freelancer though, we're talking about a 6-7 figure residual entrepreneur, so don't get your hopes down, you can do this! =) Some of these people start with being a part-time freelancer like I did, and end up being really successful entrepreneurs, so it can happen!

I am currently based in the Philippines raising a family and working my freelance business. I try to stay home as much as I can, but sometimes I will be hired to do a film project and that's when, and how I travel these days, all expensed paid which is nice. That's the thing with online freelancing, some or all of your travel can be paid for! And who wouldn't want a free vacation!! =)

SO WHAT DO I DO?

I will give you guys somewhat of an idea on some of the things that I do. You can give some of them a try, or all of them. Keep in mind, most of these things will take some time, I recommend implementing some of these options based on what you enjoy doing. What I mean by this is, make sure that you are doing something that makes you happy, and not just because you can make money.

Yes, money is good. It pays the bills. It can help you buy things, but it can't buy you happiness in the long run. So start thinking about what you love, and find things that you can do to turn that passion into a business.

ONLINE COURSES:

I love watching youtube videos and documentaries on Netflix, it always sparks my creative side especially the fact that I have a small video media business. Yes, you can learn a lot from youtube, but I recommend that you take some online courses because they are structured and takes you step by step. I mean you can spend months surfing from video to video on youtube, when it can take a day or two to learn it with a certified online course like on Fiverr. Browsing youtube can waste a lot of your time, so taking an online course will help you become more productive, which in turn will help you make money faster.

A lot of these online freelance courses are hosted by people who are freelancers and entrepreneurs themselves. So what better way to learn from the people who are actually doing it!

I take a lot of online courses that help me learn about selling online, promoting digital products, social media marketing, and storytelling. Remember, this post is about being an online freelancer, so it just make sense to learn about how you can be successful with digital products and services.

There are a lot of places to learn: Udemy, Masterclass, Skillshare etc. This is where I take a lot of my online courses because its very affordable and you can learn at your own pace. I use the Fiverr Learning Platform, check it out here!

I am also a member of Fiverr and sell some digital products there for extra income, it's like the Amazon of Digital Products and Services, it's awesome! Not a member yet, click here and start buying and selling digital products, a great way to start a side hustle as an online freelancer.

AFFILIATE MARKETING:

Now this is what I love. For those of you who are not familiar with affiliate marketing, its quite simple. All you really do is promote or share products from the companies that you love, and make commissions. You can get cash back deals, to commissions per sale, all the way up to a whopping 6-7 figure residual income. All you do is promote, and they handle everything else for you!

Remember, it's all about doing what you love. So I recommend that you find a company that you love, and then find out if they have a referral or affiliate program. Once you are set up as an affiliate (it can be free up to a small nominal fee), you can start sharing and earning 24/7.

These are some of the top companies who I am working with as an affiliate.

- Team Beachbody, because I've used their products for years, and I love being healthy and active. I love their digital streaming workout platform. This is the NETFLIX of fitness! With this affiliation, you can earn 25% commissions, and up to $200+ bonus commissions, and more. I've been a TBB affiliate and online coach for 9 years, and this is by far my favorite online business to date =)

You can be an online affiliate with TBB here, and start earning huge rewards for being an online social media fitness influencer. No experience required and always a great way to start a fitness journey and make extra cash during the process! Join here =)

YOUTUBE:

This is such a powerful online tool. You can share and make a video about anything. Some people think that you can make a lot of money with the ads on your video, but that is far from the truth. In order to be a Youtube Partner, there are strict qualifications. One of them being that you must have over 1,000 subscribers! I currently have about 4,700 subscribers on my youtube channel, and even though I still receive checks from google, they are not very big at all, only good for a nice meal, or a cheap one way ticket somewhere =)

I'm here to tell you that you can still earn from a youtube channel with far fewer subscribers than that. By using the links from your affiliate programs and companies that you work with, you can earn commissions from your video. For example, lets say you make a video about your workout, you can say something like, "oh btw, my workout shorts are from so and so, if you like them, i will put the link below in the video description", and if people like it and purchase from your link, you will get paid. If you are a videographer, you can showcase your talent on youtube as your online portfolio. Simply send your future clients to your page and if they like what they see, they can hire you for a video project. I have been hired by adventure companies, hotels, athletes, celebrities, corporations, non-profits etc all to do video projects for them. Your video may only have 100 views, but if someone hires you for a video project, you can earn $100, 500, or thousands depending on the project. You see where this is going? =)  You can check out my OCR youtube here.

So I think that's a lot to share and help you get started for now. Of course there is a lot to learn about online freelancing. There is so much opportunity! Remember, always do something that you enjoy, and don't make it all about making money. Your happiness comes first, and when people see that you are happy, and you are passionate about what you do, you will have more opportunity to get paid for doing what you love =)

Although there are other ways that Freelancers earn, I just wanted to share with you some of the things that I do to make money online, I hope it helps or sparks a little interest in you to start a side hustle that can one day change your life!

If you do not know where to start, I would begin with taking some online courses here. And you can always connect with me, and I can assist you as well. Let's work together, looking forward to it! =)

Family-Friendly Siargao Island - Philippines

Family-Friendly Siargao Island Philippines, Cloud 9 Siargao Island, Lagalag Mafia, Arnel Banawa, J&V Beach House Siargao Island, Mama's Grill Siargao Island

I've always wanted to check out Siargao Island in the Philippines, but as I am getting older and prefer to do more family travel verses backpacking or flash packing, I was questioning if the island was family-friendly.

These days, you see a lot of vloggers hitting up SouthEast Asia, making cool travel videos, especially the Philippines because everything is so cheap! I totally get it, and it's no surprise why I am currently based here in the Philippines now starting a family. The Philippines is beautiful, the people are super nice, and the cost of living is very affordable. It's a Digital Nomad PARADISE!

I took my parents, my fiancé, and my one year old daughter to Siargao Island a couple months ago, and we explored the island as a family. I would have to say that it was a blast. The place where there are a lot of tourist is in General Luna. We actually stayed a few kilometers outside, to a more local place that I found on Booking.com. If you are on a budget and looking for a peaceful and local-friendly place, I would highly recommend J&V Beach House. The public transportation from J&V to places like Cloud 9 will run you about 40php, that's less than $1 USD one way, so it's really not that bad. Plus you get a good nights sleep without all the crazy party people on the island =)

Check out J&V Beach House here!

Anyways, we had an absolute blast. Heres a quick 5 minute video of our family trip to Siargao Island, and if you have any questions, please feel free to connect with me, I'd be happy to help. Have fun, and safe travels!

Tagaytay Dinner // NIPA HUT STYLE with a View!

Brewed Awakening Tagaytay City, Tagaytay Dining, Taal Lake and Volcano View Point, Lagalag Mafia, Arnel Banawa, Hike Taal Volcano, Where to Eat Tagaytay, Nipa Hut Restaurant Tagaytay
Watch Video Below!

While my family and I were looking for some investment properties in Tagaytay City, we stumbled upon this place called Brewed Awakening.

We originally pulled over to the side of the road because we saw this place called Collete's, a "pasalubong" shop. But upon entering and trying to look for a parking space, we entered a back parking lot area and BOOM....we saw this amazing view of Taal Lake and Volcano.

Wikipedia:
Pasalubong (Tagalog, "[something] for when you welcome me") is the Filipino tradition of travellers bringing gifts from their destination to people back home.[1] Pasalubong can be any gift or souvenir brought for family or friends after being away for a period of time.[2] It can also be any gift given by someone arriving from a distant place.[3]

As we continued to pass the pasalubong shop to the left to look for a parking space, we were greeted by I guess you can call them, "waiters" or "servers". What ended up looking like a Taal Lake View Point, ended up actually being a restaurant with a view. The view point had a cluster of traditional filipino Nipa Huts where you had the option to either dine in a hut, or inside one of the restaurants overlooking the same view. We did not plan to eat dinner in Tagaytay as we were actually on our way home, but once we saw the view and the little nipa huts, we decided that this would be a good idea, and something to definitely experience, so we did! =)

It seems like the restaurants all had their own share of huts. Once you see a hut that you like, the one you feel has the best view, the restaurant who owns that set of huts will then accommodate you with their gourmet service. In my opinion, the further down you go, the better the view. There is a little open patch of grass land where you can see a "better" view of Taal Lake and Volcano, great for photo and video opportunities, so if you are planning to dine here, make sure to go all the way down and look for that open patch of grass for a better viewing experience.

Brewed Awakening Tagaytay City, Tagaytay Dining, Taal Lake and Volcano View Point, Lagalag Mafia, Arnel Banawa, Hike Taal Volcano, Where to Eat Tagaytay, Nipa Hut Restaurant Tagaytay

Once you are seated in your nice little nipa hut, a menu from a restaurant is presented to you. In our case, it was Brewed Awakening. Unlike other places like this, it didn't seem like there was a minimum order. If you go to other Nipa Hut Restaurants down the street, EX: like the one right in front of the Wind Residences (the 5 Big White Towers), there is another Nipa Hut Restaurant and the minimum order is $1500php or $30 USD, not bad...but what if you just want to enjoy the view with a beer or something? With the place that we ended going to, there didn't seem to be a minimum, so you could enjoy the view and order some beverages without having to spend a lot of money.

Brewed Awakening Tagaytay City, Tagaytay Dining, Taal Lake and Volcano View Point, Lagalag Mafia, Arnel Banawa, Hike Taal Volcano, Where to Eat Tagaytay, Nipa Hut Restaurant Tagaytay

The menu from Brewed Awakening had a lot to offer. A good selection of filipino dishes in which you could either order a la carte, or in sets. We decided to go for a set which was good for 3-5pax.

Our meal set included: Bulalo (a must try in Tagaytay), Pork Sisig, Tawilis, Kare Kare, Ginataan Kalabasa with Sitaw. Our meal set also included a pitcher of some fresh brewed Iced Tea and of course some service water, and it only set us back about $1800php or $36 USD, not bad for the experience at all! The food was delicious, service was great, and the view was spectacular.

After dinner, we finally stopped by Colletes's Pasalubong Shop and bought some souvenirs, and a couple Buko Pies. It was another great day with my parents in the Philippines! =)

Here's a quick video of our dinner in Tagaytay, and thank you to Brewed Awakening for the great experience, we will definitely be back!

ITBOG FALLS // Buhi Camarines Sur, Philippines

Itbog Falls Buhi Camarines Sur, How to Get to Itbog Falls, Villa Florencia Hotel Buhi, Buhi Market, Waterfall Buhi, Lake Buhi, Dwinox Bar Buhi, Arnel Banawa, Lagalag Mafia
Watch Video Below

A HIDDEN GEM in Buhi, Camarines Sur, Bicol Philippines. Itbog Falls is a place you must see! Away from tourists and off the beaten path, this is the type of places that I like to see! And if you are like me, read on!

Just like my video from the Pongol Pool in Buhi, this is another place that you must see if you ever visit the Buhi area in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region.

FIRST THINGS FIRST, how do you get to Itbog Falls?

From wherever you are coming from in the Philippines, you can simply "google" Buhi Municipal Hall. Once you get there, it's just a short walk behind the BMH to Lake Buhi and the Buhi Market.

***The nearest airport to Buhi is in Naga City, so if you are flying in, you can fly direct to Naga and then take public transport to Buhi. I recommend taking the UV Express (or FX) Van Service direct from Naga to the Buhi Bus Terminal (about 105-120 php or $2-2.50 USD). From the Buhi Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle to Buhi Centro where the BMH and Buhi Market is located. (about 10 php or $.20-25 cents)

Right behind the Buhi Market you will see Lake Buhi, and a number of long boats docked and ready to take passengers to various areas around the lake.  To make it easier for you, here is the contact details of the guy who took us across the lake to Itbog Falls:

Contact
Name: Jonard
Cell: 0948-750-6463

When we took the boat across the lake to Itbog Falls, it costs us 400php ($8 USD) for 4 people, which is like 100php ($2 USD) per person round trip. The boat ride takes about 10-12 minutes. Once the boat is docked, it's another 2 kilometer easy hike (mostly concrete path with steps closer to the falls).

Itbog Falls Buhi Camarines Sur, How to Get to Itbog Falls, Villa Florencia Hotel Buhi, Buhi Market, Waterfall Buhi, Lake Buhi, Dwinox Bar Buhi, Arnel Banawa, Lagalag Mafia

WHAT TO BRING

This all depends on you, how long you plan to stay etc. I would recommend mosquito spray, sun lotion, water, snacks, comfortable shoes/sandals, extra clothes and a towel if you plan to get wet around the falls, a dry bag for your phone, camera, money etc.

If you need any of this stuff, you can most likely find it at the Buhi Market right before you go on the boat. Not sure if they have the dry bags, so just make sure that you get one beforehand. The weather in and around Buhi is unpredictable, it can rain anytime no matter how beautiful it looks, so be prepared.

WHERE TO STAY:

At the time of this post, there is only one hotel near Buhi Centro, and that is the Villa Florencia. This is where my family and I stayed. We paid $40 USD per night for a family room which included 2 queen beds, fridge, A/C, shower with hot water, TV, and free gated parking. There is NO WIFI at this hotel, so bring your pocket wifi to stay connected. There are other rooms available with budget friendly rates, and the lady who runs it is super nice!

WHAT TO EAT:

There are no big franchise eateries in Buhi. It's all local. A place that we really enjoyed was Dwinox Bar. It is located near the the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Buhi Centro. There are other places around the area, so you can walk around from there. There is also a small LCC Supermarket (like 7-Eleven) just down the street from the church.

Here's a quick video from our trip to Itbog Falls. If you would like to ask me anything about the area, feel free to message me! Have fun =)

Halloween in the Philippines

Halloween in the Philippines, All Souls Day Philippines, All Saints Day Philippines, Lagalag Mafia, Arnel Banawa, Beachbody Coach Philippines, Filipino Digital Nomad

A few days before Halloween, I was asking my fiancé Arlene if they participate in trick or treating here in the Philippines, and if it was done on the same day, October 31st? She looked kind of puzzled and couldn't really give me a straight answer. This baffled me as I am from the USA, and this is something that I grew up with.

I opened up my matchbook and decided to google "Halloween in the Philippines", and come to find out, this particular holiday, although still a national holiday here just like the western countries, it is celebrated in a different fashion.

For me, once I learned how Halloween was celebrated here in the Philippines, I understood it better and it seemed a lot more meaningful. Growing up in the USA, I was always brought up to think that Halloween was about eating candy and getting rid of bad spirits, and of course there is nothing wrong with that, but the idea of praying and celebrating the dead, and the life that they had while they were here with us just seemed like a better way to celebrate the holiday.

I made this quick video about Halloween in the Philippines, feel free to watch it, and tell me what you think. And if you are from a different country other than the USA and the Philippines, please let me know how you celebrate Halloween, or if this is even a holiday in your country.

Ways I Earn Income - How Much Do I Make?

Ways to Earn Income, Make Money on Youtube, Make Money with Stock Video Footage, Make Money as a Videographer, Make Money as a Beachbody Coach, Make Money in Affiliate Marketing, Make Money with Bitcoin, Learn Crypto Trading, Become a Social Media Influencer, Arnel Banawa

I always get a lot of questions about what I do, and the easiest thing to tell people is that I am an Entrepreneur.

With that comes questions about how I make money.

Firstly, this post is not about bragging or making myself look good. "I'm No Rockefeller" =) Just ask any of my friends or people who know me, and they will tell you that money is the LAST THING of importance to me. So why become an Entrepreneur you ask? Well, because I love to create experiences with my life and if I can make enough to support my family, travel, and give back to the community through charity projects, I'm happy with that. At the time is the post, I am happy to say that I give back more than half of what I make.

So let's get into the why you may be reading this post, how many ways do I earn? As an entrepreneur, it's about creating multiple streams of income. Not every stream will make you millions! Some gigs may be just enough to help you buy groceries or put a tank of gas in your car, and some may bless you enough to pay for amazing vacations and maybe your kids college tuition! If you're lucky, you may have a stream that even pays residuals.

Here are some ways that I earn and a ball park figure on what I can potentially make:

1.  Youtube - I currently have 3 channels, but only one channel is earning google paychecks every month or two. I can make about $100-500+ per month. My main channel. Family Channel

2.  Stock Video Footage - I have a small digital library that I've been working on and I am working with a platform that distributes my work to about 5 stock imagery websites. I can make up to $100 per video clip sold.

3.  Video Production (Videographer) - I have a small video media production outfit where I create videos for extreme sports, weddings, restaurants, corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and just about anyone who needs a video. I can earn up to $2,000+ per video project.

4.  Fiverr - This is a freelance website where I host some of my video projects. This is still new to me and I can earn $5-$100 per video gig. My Fiverr Gigs

5.  Patreon - This is for people who support my OCRTUBE media project where I film obstacle course racing events to benefit charities around the world. I can earn $1-$500 per patron. This isn't really an income as 100% of the donations get funneled back into the project to do good in the world. Become a Patron.

6.  Cryptocurrency - I am a crypto enthusiast and still learning and having fun with it. I can earn 1-1000% commissions per crypto trade, and $50 per referral affiliate commissions. Contact me about how I trade crypto.

7.  Social Media Fitness Influencer - I work with a California based health and fitness company and share my organic active lifestyle through my networks. I can currently earn up to $2,000+ per week. Contact me to learn how to become a Fitness Influencer

8.  Blog - I have a general blog where I have affiliate links. My blog is about health/fitness, travel, family, and entrepreneurship, pretty much the story of my life as it happens. I can earn pennies to thousands per year via google ads and affiliate commissions. My Blog

UPCOMING PROJECTS:
-  Restaurant/Cafe
- Gaming Internet Cafe
- Airbnb Experiences, I once managed my family's airbnb business. I may delve into experiences soon.

So this gives you an idea of what I do on the daily basis and how I juggle work and family life. Now I cannot give you an exact number of how much i really make and that would not be something that I would share anyways, but from this, you can get an idea of how much I hustle day in and day out just to ensure and build a better future for my family.

I love to see people succeed in life, so if you are looking for something more, maybe I can help share what I've learned and we can make a better life together! =).

A TYPICAL DAY Living in Cavite, Philippines

Philippines On a Budget, Typical Day Living in Cavite Philippines, Beachbody Coach Philippines, Filipino Beachbody Coach, Crypto Trader Philippines, iCoinPro Philippines, iCoinPro Asia, Bitcoin Trader Philippines

So I've been based here in the Philippines here since January 2019, and although I say that, I can't really say that I live here because I am constantly traveling for work and video projects. But when I am here, I tend to try to relax and focus on my family. Sometimes we get all caught up in wanting to be successful for our families that we simply forget to spend quality time with them.

Starting a family here in the Philippines has been wonderful! A lot of times I would rather not plan anything and just spend quality time with my girls at home, and we do this as much as we can =)

A typical day living here is Cavite is pretty laid back unlike living in the city of Manila. Where we live, it's like being in the province. It's definitely a lot slower here, and that's just perfect for us!

I have a lot of friends who are Digital Nomads or have their own online businesses, and I always tell them that living in Southeast Asia is perfect because the cost of living is very low, which enables you to save more, and invest more in your business. I do this quite often where Arlene and I will have our set budget weeks or days, and we try to keep things as minimal as possible. Doing this helps me do more for my business, and helps me organize my finances better.

Here is a quick video of a typical day living here in Cavite, Philippines. It's not quite the same everyday, but it's pretty close. When we are not staying home and budgeting, we're pretty much out exploring, and the Philippines has a ton of places to get lost in!

Enjoy our quick video, and if you ever make it to Southeast Asia or the Philippines specifically, feel free to message me, I'll be happy to show you around! =)
