So I started Bodyweight Bootcamp via BODI, and this was my first day. I have never done this program before, but I have been doing some research and I feel that this is the program that I need to get me back on track. Back in the days, this program would be considered very easy for me, but as I mentioned before, I have fallen off the wagon for some time now, and I've been trying to find a program that is motivating enough for me to keep going. I think this is it.
About Bodyweight Bootcamp:

Now I know that motivation has to come from within, and it also helps to have a community behind me. When I was a Bodi Partner, we used to have a ton of accountability groups, and that used to help before, but things have changed, and although I do believe in those groups, I feel that if it is time, than it is time, if you know what I mean. Whether you have someone behind you or not, you will know when you have made that decision.
Anyways, it was a good first day back into my journey at 54 years old. I need to make this a commitment this time, so I made a point to post my workouts on this online journal to document everything.
Now that workout is over, it's time to start my day! Thanks for stopping by =)
