My Dad and I did Cardio 3 for the first time last night and the Cross Climbers and the Burpees got me this time =)
I am really enjoying 22 Minute Hard Corps, but I would have to say that it does help A TON to have a workout partner. My Dad and I keep each other accountable, and he makes me look forward to working out because I know that we can crack jokes during the workout. I admit, we sometimes have to stop the video to finish laughing, but hey, at least we're getting an extra AB WORKOUT right =)
The 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge has been a great experience so far, and I am definitely looking forward to both of our results in the next month!
