LATE POST ALERT!!!

Don't you just get annoyed when you have computer issues =) So anyways, this was last night's workout which I was able to still get in late at night after a long day of traveling from Las Vegas to Pensacola, FL.


As soon as I arrived, I was taken by surprise when my daughter told me that she was also in town, so we were able to spend some time together along with my parents, brother, and sister and law. I didn't get my P90X workout done until after 10pm, and trust me, I was NOT feeling it, BUT I wasn't about to make an excuse because I've been slacking on my workouts for the past few months while I was traveling through Europe, so I had to make it happen guys! =)

I decided to do the P90X LIVE (via Beachbody on Demand), Round 15 workout which was Cardio and Core. It was a TABATA WORKOUT, 20 minutes in with 10 second break in between. It killed me late at night!!! So I decided to do one of the Insanity LIVE workouts today from the Master Series on Beachbody on Demand. The workout is from the Insanity Round 13 Class and just wanted to let you know that it KICKED MY BUTT. I recently just came back from a 2+ month trip to Europe and unfortunately, I didn't workout as consistently as I normally do (it's ok to be HUMAN right), and trust me, I'm paying for it now ha ha!

I am currently just getting back into the game of working out every day until I start my 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge, so if you want to join me on this online challenge, I still have some spots available, so hit me up, I need more accountability =)

My goal for I'm not sure how long is to post my workouts here as much as I can, so stay posted here and feel free to comment with some words of encouragement, and I promise to do the same for you!

So what type of person are you? Do you enjoy putting together your own weekly workout schedule, or do you like the idea of "something" or someone telling you what your workout is for the day? All week long!

Challenge Du Jour is similar to the CrossFit WOD. Every day you will have a different workout of the day hand selected by a Beachbody fitness expert. There is no guessing or wasting time trying to find out what you will be doing. It's simple, just log into your Beachbody on Demand Online Streaming account daily, click on Challenge Du Jour, and get your sweat on!

You have some options too! For starters, you can do the Challenge Du Jour workouts on your laptop or mobile device such as a tablet or a smartphone. Once you set up your own Beachbody on Demand account here, you can then open up the app on iTunes, or simply just go to the site on your laptop.

Once you are there, you can either follow the workouts while it is streaming, or simply grab the workout sheets and take them to the gym, whichever you prefer, it's up to you. Some workouts do not have workout sheets, but you can do what I do, and just write them down or input into your smartphone and take it to the gym or park if you would rather do that versus online streaming.
