Ok I'm going to let you guys in on a secret. I LOVE CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER, and a little more chocolate! Oh, and did I mention that I love chocolate? =)

So here is one of the many Chocolate Shakeology Recipes that I kill almost every darn day! One more thing, don't bite my dance moves at the very end of the video (below).


DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKEOLOGY:
- 1 scoop/packet Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
- 1 Big Spoonful of All Natural Peanut Butter.....yeah baby! =)
- Ice Cubes, roughly 7 ha ha
- Splash water to cover ingredients

 Blend to perfection!

I know that it could be tempting, but don't add any chocolate bars in there! I know, I've thought of that too =)

The holiday season is fast approaching, and this is when a lot of people begin indulging, right before they set their New Years Resolutions. Well I've got some fantastic news for you! You can get ahead of the game by using these healthy and festive Shakeology recipes. Don't worry about sacrificing taste or your sweet cravings, with these "guilt-free" Top 5 Holiday Shakeology Recipes I assure you that you will be completely satisfied =)

1.  Gingerbread Man Shakeology
- 1 serving Chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup skim milk (or almond milk, rice milk)

Blend with ice until desired consistency - Enjoy! 

2.  Berry Supernova Crunch Banana Ice-Cream

 Who says you can't have Ice Cream during the Holidays? Sure you can! =)

(Serves 1-2)
- 1 scoop tropical strawberry Shakeology
- 2 frozen bananas
- splash of almond milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- handful of strawberries
- handful of raspberries
- handful of blackcurrants
- handful of redcurrants
- handful of blueberries
- 2tsp goji berry and mixed seed mix
- 2 cups granola


What You Do:

Add Shakeology, banana, milk, and most of the fruit to the blender, saving some for later. Blend until smooth.

Add the vanilla extract, seed mix, remaining fruit and all but a little of the granola, and blend on a very low setting/pulse for about 30 seconds.

Serve in a bowl or mason jar, and sprinkle over the remaining granola, any berries, and/or any of the seed mix you have left. Just enjoy!

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Add water to thin if needed

I am a peanut butter enthusiast, so I love anything peanut butter! I love Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (Yikes), and I really love Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches!

Other than trying to keep my carb intake to a minimum (grains), I also moderate my sugar intake as well, it's just not good for you people! So when I start craving things like that, I improvise =)

This morning I was craving a big fat Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, but I did not give in (trust me, it was TOUGH!!!), so instead I made a delicious healthy PB&J alternative with Vanilla Shakeology.

PB&J Shakeology

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop (or packet) of Vanilla Shakeology
- 1/2 cup  unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup  water
- 1/2 cup  red grapes
- 2 tsp.     all natural peanut butter (ok, I might have added more peanut butter) ha ha

Blend with with ice until smooth! Enjoy =)

3 of the COOLEST Shakeology Recipes for the SUMMER!

I just left LAS VEGAS, and it was super hot! I arrived in Florida a few days ago, and it's HUMID HOT! So what do you do when you feel like you are right next to an erupting volcano? You blend up some Summer Shakeology recipes to cool you down, that's what you do! Or at least that's what I would do =).

These three recipes will keep you cool, fill you up with the best super food nutrients that your body craves, help you gain natural energy, and help you stay fit and healthy! If you're down for that, then what are you waiting for, start blending!

Grapefruit Delight, Kiwilicious, and Strawberry Lemonade
Summer Shakeology Recipes - Strawberry Lemonade, Kiwilicious, Exotic Grapefrui


Grapefruit Delight: (far left)
- 6 oz Grapefruit juice (fresh is best)
- 2 to 4 oz water (depending on your taste)
- 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
- 4 cubes ice
- Blend
- Grapefruit slice to get a fancy garnish!

The Kiwilicious: (middle)
- 1/2 scoop Tropical Shakeology
- 1/2 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup watermelon chunks
- 1 kiwi (peeled of course)
- ice to taste
- Blend away
- Kiwi garnish to show off to your friends =)

Strawberry Lemonade: (right)
- 1 serving Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup (yummy)
 For the best taste, use a blender and add some ice. The more ice, the thicker it will get. Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, coconut milk, rice etc.) the more milk, the creamier it gets! Enjoy it to the fullest =)

Strawberry Kale Shakeology



So I saw this recipe and I just had to try it! If you haven't tried the new Strawberry Shakeology, you just have too, because it's sooo good, and adding the "Queen of the Greens" kale to the mix, it just makes this shake a true nutritional powerhouse!

Total Time: 5 min.
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 1 serving

 Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
1 cup chopped raw kale, stems removed
½ medium banana, cut into chunks
1 cup ice

Preparation:
1. Place almond milk, Shakeology, kale, banana, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
