This is the FINAL COUNTDOWN of my 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge!

To give you a little summary of what I think about this program, I would say that it is the perfect program for anyone who is interested in getting lean, lose weight, build endurance, and gain some core strength. This program can definitely be customized with gaining some lean mass by using a bit more weight, and a heavier sand bag such as a "Wreck Bag". As with any Beachbody Workout, it's also a great program to incorporate into your existing workout routine, as well as OCR training if you are training for an obstacle course race, or mud run.

Would I recommend this program? Absolutely, but always keep in mind that it is best to seek a program that is targeted to your goals and current fitness level. My Dad and I have one more workout to do and then we will be all done with this 60 Day Challenge, it's been a great challenge, and now we're ready for the next challenge. Won't you join us? =)
