 Team Beachbody International Ordering

As I am posting this, Team Beachbody is currently only in the United States and Canada, but that does not mean that people who live outside of the countries mentioned cannot purchase Beachbody Fitness Programs. Beachbody Fitness and Shakeology International Order Options below

Customers and Coaches may also send an email to International@Beachbody.com for a shipping quote and questions about ordering. Coaches or customer should include the destination address and the products they are interested in purchasing. Products will be payable in US or Canadian funds with major credit cards, in a single payment (no multi-pay option exists for these orders).

ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE

What products are available for purchase internationally? (outside USA and Canada)
Unfortunately, there is not a list to identify which products are available internationally. However, almost everything is available internationally with the exception of supplements.
Please refer to the Beachbody International Shipping Policy (below).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: POLICY AND FEES

What is the Team Beachbody International Shipping Policy?
Team Beachbody ships to the USA, its territories (including Puerto Rico), and Canada, as well as verified APO and FPO military addresses for US service members. Currently, Team Beachbody serves no other international destinations. Effective August 28th, 2014 Team Beachbody Canada will be its own company doing business in Canada and international shipping will no longer be available. Due to tax and regulatory issues, purchasers will no longer be able to ship outside their country of residence (according to their official billing address/country.)  Verified APO and FPO military addresses for US service members will be able to receive shipments to their verified address, including international addresses.

FAQ
Is there a handling fee added to Canadian orders?
Yes. Starting August 28, 2014, a $5 flat handling fee will be added.
Is the $5 handling fee also added to HD/Autoship orders?
Yes. The $5 handling is in addition to the $2 super discount shipping.
Will the $5 handling fee increase for large orders?
No. It is a flat amount applied no matter the order size
What does the handling fee cover?
The $5 handling fee allows Team Beachbody to ship products from our US locations, across the Canadian border, through customs and to Canadian Coaches and Customers.

TBB - INTERNATIONAL  PARTICIPATION WITH US ADDRESS

If I reside outside the US, but I'm using an American address to create a Team Beachbody account, will I be able to use all the payment services, like customized meal plans and all the other advantages except buying products on TeamBeachbody.com?
Yes. The system will recognize the United States address and allow participation on Team Beachbody.com, which includes the WOWY super gym.
Note: At present, Team Beachbody is only able to fulfill product to (A) the United States, (B) Canada and (C) APO/FPO addresses. We have Coaches who have customers or potential customers they've connected with over Facebook and other social media, and whom many of them want to sell product to, particularly Shakeology. What we advise Coaches (from the inquiries we receive through Compliance) is that they (as the Coach) wish to purchase product for their internationally based customer and have it shipped to themselves so they can personally ship products on to the customer, they may do so but they are responsible for all associated costs, and risks associated with shipping overseas (especially issues with customs when shipping a nutritional product across a foreign border).

International customers who are interested in buying Beachbody product can contact our customer service team via email (international@beachbody.com) and make their request, however credit / commissions are not and cannot be reassigned to Coaches.

*The Coaching in Canada is available as of October 1, 2012.

DVD CODING - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Are there PAL (DVD coding) versions of Beachbody programs for international customers in the Netherlands?
All of our current DVDs used for international markets are in NTSC region 0 format. Therefore, the DVDs provided in our programs are compatible with PAL DVDs

BURPEES in Bagan, Myanmar

Sunset Pagoda Bagan - 100 Wonders of the World Burpee Challenge
 Bagan, Myanmar

Thank you for visiting! If this is your first time visiting my fitness blog, then let me help you with what this post is all about. I made a decision to do 30 burpees at 100 Wonders of the World in the beginning of 2014. What started out as just a fun challenge, ended up being something much bigger than I could ever imagine. I always knew that I wanted to make this into something that would make a difference, and since I've been traveling in South East Asia these past few months, I finally found out what I wanted to do with what I call the "100 Wonders of the World Burpee Challenge". I will be doing this challenge to benefit the fight against Youth Sex Trafficking and to help homeless children around the world. This project is still in the works, but I have already started by visiting my 11 wonders of the world, and I do not plan to stop until I have completed it.

I am working on a blog set up specifically for this mission (this is my fitness blog), it is still under construction, but you are welcome to check it out here. If you believe in what I am doing, I encourage you to contact me to see how you can be a part of this, or simply donate to the charities that I proudly support. 100% of the donations will benefit this mission and the charities who I support. Thanks for visiting my blog, and enjoy my Bagan Burpee Video =)

Gym in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Gym in Phnom Penh, Cambodia - Body Beast Workout
 Gym in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

It isn't difficult to find temples, tuk tuks, palaces, and markets in Cambodia, but it's also pretty easy to find great places to workout as well. From outdoor parks to local gyms, there is really no reason to not be able to stay fit while you're in Phnom Penh. I you are looking for a free place to workout, then you're in luck! Simply make your way to the Mekong River and not too far from the Royal Palace, you will find a nice little outdoor fitness park complete with pull-up bar, monkey bars, dip station, and more. And there is plenty of real estate to get a good run in before and after your workout.

If an indoor gym in Phnom Penh is more of what you're looking for, then you're in luck too =), there is a good selection of places to check out while in Phnom Penh. I found a small local gym called V-Friend Gym and it was all I needed to get a good Body Beast Workout in along with a good run on the treadmill. The gym is very basic with a few treadmills, some cardio equipment, free weights, dumbbells etc. They also have a place next door that offers Spa Services, I think it's owned by the same people. I noticed that they had an air conditioner, but it was not in use, so it could get really hot in there. But for $2.50 for a Day Pass, it was all worth it to me.

Here are some photos of the facility:

The staff was pretty laid back, I don't think they see a lot of foreigners. V-Friend Gym offers day passes, weekly, monthly, and yearly memberships. So if you are in Phnom Penh, and you have seen the Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields, then why not make your way to the gym! No one has ever said "Man, I really regret that workout!" =)

Stay active my friends!

BURPEES at Angkor Wat - Siem Reap, Cambodia

Burpees at Angkor Wat - Siem Reap, Cambodia
100 Wonders of the World Burpee Challenge - Angkor Wat, Cambodia

Just the fact that I was able to see 13th century temples was amazing enough! Cambodia has been everything that I have read about. The people are super nice, the food is great, the activities are endless, untouched beaches, and lots of history!

I finally completed my 30 burpees at the Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap as part of my 100 Wonders of the World Burpee Challenge. If this is your first time hearing about my world challenge, here it is in a nutshell:

What started out as a fun challenge to do 30 burpees at 100 Wonders of the World, it ended up being much bigger with a VISION to "make a difference". Now the 100 Wonders of the World Burpee Challenge is focused on three things:

1.  Fighting the obesity trend by sharing health and fitness all over the planet

2.  Promote World Travel

3.  Giving Back - I am currently working with non-profit philanthropic projects to fight youth sex-trafficking around the world, as well as helping homeless children on a global scale. Although this project is still in it's infancy, I am going strong with the mission, and will have a blog set up specifically for this project. For more information and to possibly be part of this project, please feel free to message me.

So a lot of EXCITING things coming up, but in the meantime, please enjoy my latest BURPEE video from the amazing ANGKOR WAT:

5 Word Phrases That I May Or May Not Miss When I Leave South East Asia

Backpacking South East Asia

This is the tail end of my trip in South East Asia. I have had such an amazing time, and have met some incredible people from all over the world. Back home, there are certain words that you hear all the time, certain phrases that people say depending on where you are from. Like "Want some "pop"? up north, versus "Here's your "soda" sir" down south. South East Asia is no different, and I'm not going to lie, but I've heard so many things here that I just don't want to hear again lol =). But it's just part of travel, and I am just blessed to experience what other cultures and people say from around the globe. It's a different world out here, and who knows, I might miss some of these word phrases, well maybe not all of them =)

1.  TUK TUK? - It doesn't matter where you are in SE Asia, you will never really have any problems finding local transportation (unless you are in a very remote area). These tuk tuk drivers are real hustlers! They can take you places, become your personal tour guide, and provide you with practically anything that you want, legal or illegal. Now not all of them are like this, but most of them are, at least the ones that I have come across. Tuk Tuk drivers are not really all that bad if they aren't ripping you off. If you can act like a local, and show them that you have done your research, you will most likely have a decent experience with them. Let it be no shock to you, that when you're in SE Asia, all you will hear is "Tuk Tuk"? This is their way of asking you if you need a ride somewhere. I do love riding in tuk tuks, and everywhere you go, you will find some pimped out tuk tuks. My favorite one was a Rolls Royce =)

Tuk Tuks - South East Asia

2.  MASSAGE? - In SE Asia you can get a massage for as little as $3 US! I honestly think that SE Asia must be the "mecca" of thee massage! They offer every massage that you can think of! Almost everywhere you walk, you will see massage parlors, and what do you hear? "Massage"!!! "I give you good price",  "I make you feel good long time". Now there are a lot of really decent places to go to, and there are just as many shady places as well. I was once in Vientiane, Laos and I saw these ladies in bicycles and they were fully equipped with there massage shrapnel. It was actually pretty cool watching the sunset on the Mekong River while watching these ladies give massages and pedicures "you name it, they did everything", right by the Mekong River in Vientiane. In a way, I will miss these cute ladies asking me if I want a massage =). Traveling from country to country, having a massage is something that you should get regularly, and it could really make your travel a very pleasant one.

3.  OH MY BUDDHA! - I think that this is one that I will really miss because every time I heard it, it was because something funny just happened. "Oh my Buddha" is just like saying "OMG" or "WTH" =) Infact, I think I even started saying it, and I will probably continue saying it in the USA, just because heck, it's different! And it reminds me of some really good times that I had in SE Asia!

Good times in South East Asia!
Oh My Buddha - Arnel Banawa

4.  OBAMA =) - I didn't hear this at too many places, but I heard it almost everyday when I was in Myanmar. It's like this, when the Burmese people would ask me where I was from, I would say "I'm from the USA", and they would say "Ohhhhhh, yeah Obama!!!! =)" with a big huge smile, like they wanted me to know that they knew something about where I was from.  It was especially cute when the kids said it, especially the ones who were always trying to sell me 30 postcards that I would never use =). I guess they were in love with Obama ha ha! Remember the song?

Street Kid Bagan Myanmar

5.  WANT SOME BOOM BOOM? - This is actually something that most of the Tuk Tuk drivers would say when you didn't need a ride. It was like they had a full menu of things to sell you. If you didn't need a ride, they wanted to sell you sex (not from them, but from crime syndicates or pimps), if you didn't want that, they would sell you narcotics and so on. The sex trade is so normal in SE Asia, and in some places....totally legal. I do not support the industry because a lot of it supports sex trafficking of young innocent girls, and being that I have a teenage daughter, that is something that I do not want to be a part of. The sex trade is big business in SE Asia, and I don't really care when adults make a decision to make it a part of their profession, that's of course their business, but when it come to kids, that's when I have to voice my opinion on the issue. Let kids be kids, and let adults be adults.

So those are 5 phrases commonly heard while traveling SE Asia. For the most part, it's no different from the things that we say or hear in the USA, or other parts of the world, the words just change, but they almost all the time have the same meaning. During my travels in South East Asia, I've learned that people think and feel the same, and that's pretty much all over the world. We all love, we all hate, we all have dreams, we all crave adventure, we all work hard for what we believe in, and we all want our freedom. I love SE Asia, and I will definitely be back!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I am focused on sharing fitness and travel inspiration around the world. Feel free to connect with me, and I look forward to meeting you soon!
