I'm Finally Starting Shaun Week!

Shaun Week, Shaun Week Challenge Group, Beachbody on Demand Free Trial, Try Shaun Week for Free, Shaun Week Workouts
(Watch Video below)

Hey guys!

I just got back from a 3 month trip in North America and Europe filming for my OCRTUBE media project, and even though I ran and did some exercises here and there, I have to honestly say that I was not at all consistent.

So I am back in Florida for a few weeks, and I decided to start Shaun Week, which is a 7 day workout program from a combination of Shaun T's workouts, it's going to be insane, but just what the doctor ordered!

I will be starting today (Tuesday, July 11th), and my father will also be joining me. The challenge will be that I am also going to attend the annual Beachbody Coach Summit in New Orleans this week till the end of the weekend, and if you are a BB Coach, you all know how intense the training and conference schedule is, it's like balls to wall busy! I plan to do my Shaun Week workout in between the coach events, I know that I will be beat tired, but hey.....I did this to myself =) I need to get back on point, like really on point!

Ask me about my upcoming Shaun Week Challenge Group!

Any of you are free to join me, just message me here. If you are reading this after the fact, just to let you know, this program will always be available, so just message me anyways and I can help you get started =)

Check out Shaun Week here!

Net Worth of some Beachbody Celebrity Trainers:

TONY HORTON - $20 million, Tony Horton net worth and salary: Tony Horton is an American fitness trainer who has a net worth of $20 million dollars. Tony Horton was born Anthony Sawyer Horton, Jr. in Westerly, Rhode Island, in July 1958. He is probably best known for creating the world famous P90X home fitness program. Prior to entering the business world, Tony attended the University of Rhode Island. In 1980 he moved to Los Angeles to become an actor and also did stand-up comedy. He worked out at the World Gym in Venice, CA which also housed Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno. Mark Sisson introduced Horton to internal training. Horton became a personal trainer and started a business called ASH Fitness in Santa Monica, CA. His clients included Billy Idol, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Shirley MacLaine, Sean Connery, Antonio Banderas, and Bruce Springsteen. He was a former spokesman for NordicTrack exercise equipment. In 2001 he came out with the in-home program Power 90. In 2004 he created P90X or Power 90 Extreme. As of 2010 over four million copies of P90X had been sold. In 2011 he released P90X2 and in 2013, P90X3. His first book Bring It! was published in 2010. In 2014 Horton came out with P90, which was billed as on "on switch" to fitness.

SHAUN T - $10 million,  Shaun Thompson is an American fitness trainer who has a net worth of $10 million dollars. Born in Camden, New Jersey, Shaun Thompson, also known as Shaun T., graduated from Rowan University, where he earned a degree in Sports Science and a minor in Theater/Dance. He began working as a trainer at various fitness centers, such as Equinox, and used his dance training to improve his aerobics classes. He began his professional career in fitness working at Wyeth, a pharmaceutical company, as a trainer and health program manager. He then moved to Los Angeles, and began working as a choreographer, trainer, and dancer, eventually dancing for Mariah Carey, among other music stars. While working at Equinox in L.A., he was invited to submit a workout video to Beachbody, LLC. He began making workout videos for Beachbody in 2006 with "Hip Hop Abs", and shot to stardom with his "Insanity" workout series.

And there you have it! For a complete list go here. If you notice, most of the athletes are entrepreneurs. These athletes were smart enough to know that they could not be on top forever, so they diversified their income and started businesses on the side. This concept is not just for the top athletes around the world, anyone could use this strategy! Be smart, do something on the side, because there is nothing wrong with having multiple sources of income. But whatever you do, I highly recommend that you do what you love, and love what you do with passion.

See you on the beaches of the world!

TABATA POWER Workout - Insanity MAX 30

Tabata Power - Insanity Max 30 - Tabata Training
Tabata Power - Insanity Max 30

So what is Tabata? The Tabata Workout is "High Intensity Interval Training" (H.I.I.T Training) which is structured to working out hard for 20 minutes, and resting for 10 seconds for 6-8 rounds.  There are no weights in Tabata Power - Insanity Max 30, your weight is your body, and trust me, you will be begging for mercy.

I really enjoy this workout, and my leg strength has definitely increased. As an obstacle course racing athlete, leg strength is very important. Although Insanity Max 30 workouts do not use weights, I do incorporate some P90X and Body Beast Strength workouts because I enjoy lifting and working out with weights. This all depends on your goals.

As with all Shaun T workouts, Tabata Power is just insane, but thank goodness for the full-time modifier, anyone can do this and get through it. I made it all the way to the end, but I had to modify a couple times. As with any workout, always listen to your body and make sure that you are using proper form. It's not about how fast you go, it's about doing your best, and powering through with good form. Feel free to post your MAX OUT times in the comment section, and if you would like to join any of my upcoming MAX 30 Challenge Groups, feel free to message me, I have challenges beginning every week!

Stay active my friends =)
