The LEG BURNER!
There is one workout day that I DREAD all the time, and that is LEG DAY! I would definitely say that my upper body is much stronger than my lower body, which is why lower body workouts are much more of a challenge for me, but I also understand that it's also the reason why I really need to focus on my weaknesses to build overall strength as an athlete. Embrace the SUCK right =)
Today's workout was T25 Lower Focus, and although there are no Crossfit snatches or weights involved, it is still very much a LEG BURNER. Crossfit athlete or not, this is a challenging workout for everyone! But hey guess what, there are also MODIFICATIONS too, so no excuses people =)
After my workout, my family shared a little bit about what they like BEST about me, they're pretty amazing...my family =)
T25 Lower Focus Workout
As always, thank you for visiting my blog. I am currently challenging myself to not only workout everyday consistently until I begin my 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge, but to also create a video and blog post to help me stay accountable to my health and fitness goals, as well as my goals as a Beachbody Coach.
