Traveling with P90X - Gym Tips

Traveling with P90x
Traveling with P90X - Gym Tips

I think it's absolutely funny when people say "Hey Coach Arnel, I'll be going on vacation so I may not be able to get my P90X workouts in, I'll catch up when I get back home". First of all...VACATION or travel IS NOT AN EXCUSE to not workout and live a healthy lifestyle. Whomever came up with that must have been drunk lol. Health and Fitness is a lifestyle, and P90X is no different.

Here are some misconceptions about P90X:

- It's only a home fitness program
- You need a DVD player or laptop
- It's only a 90 day program

And here's the real skinny:

- P90X can be done at home, gym, and even at the park
- As long as you have the worksheets, or the P90X app, you don't need a DVD player or laptop. It is recommended that you do watch the videos first to make sure that you understand the proper movements.
- P90X is a program that combines a structure of movements to help you get physical results in a certain period of time. Depending on your goal, you can use P90X to get results fast by one or all of the following: the 90 day program, incorporate it into your existing workouts, or use the 6 years worth of workouts for everyday life. With 6+ years of workouts, and more coming every year, it's impossible to do the same workout every day. Quit listening to people who tell you that P90X can't be customized, and talk to a Coach that actually knows what he's doing. Anyone who says P90X is a "cookie cutter program" needs to do more homework. And I'll be happy to help them with that =)

So back to my blog post on "Traveling with P90X", I recently finished a P90X workout "Chest, Shoulders, and Tris" and I customized it using the equipment that was available at a local gym in Bangkok, Thailand (I'm currently traveling South East Asia while writing this post). The gym (Power Zone Fitness) that I worked out at was perfect, and for only 500 Baht for a day pass ($15 US), I can't complain because the surrounding gyms were all asking 650 to 1070 Baht ($20-$32 US). In the Philippines, I was paying just a little over a dollar for a day pass!!! As long as they have ample space to workout, and a few dumbbells, that's all I need. Anything else is a bonus, and really not needed. Again, I'm traveling. I'm not training for anything right now. All I'm doing is maintaining my fitness lifestyle while trekking the globe. If you missed my post about "How Fitness Can Help You Travel Better", you can check it out here.

Traveling with P90X - P90X Gym Tips

Traveling with P90X can get a bit tricky especially if you're doing P90X at the gym. Most people don't  know how to modify the exercises with the actual gym equipment, and they end up making that excuse that "oh, I didn't have my DVD player, so I couldn't do P90X". If you are one of those people who is unsure how to do P90X at the gym, then I hope this helps you =)

- When P90X calls for any kind of push-ups, you can either do the push ups, or use any piece of gym equipment that focuses on your chest such as: dumbbell presses, chest press machine, or bench press with barbell.
- When P90X calls for Floor Flys or even side to side push ups, you can do the following: dumbbell flys or a chest fly machine or similar.

Traveling with P90X - P90X Gym Tips

- When P90X calls for Tricep exercises such as side tri-rise. You can do tricep kick-backs with dumbbells, or even the tricep pull-down machine.

Traveling with P90X - P90X Gym Tips

- When P90X calls for pull-ups, then I recommend that you really try to do pull-ups =). If not, use the lat pull-down machines and adjust your grip depending on which muscles you are trying to focus on.
- When P90X calls for In-Out Shoulder Flys, Military Press etc. then I highly recommend that you use dumbbells for sure. But if the dumbbells are not readily available because of the meat heads =), then you can use the shoulder press machines, or even better, a barbell.

Traveling with P90X - P90X Gym Tips

These are just some quick P90X gym tips to help you. I know that certain gyms have really tight spaces, so trying to do some of the floor exercises are impossible (I've been to some really small gyms around the world). Just remember that if P90X calls for a certain exercise that works a certain muscle group, keep it simple and find a machine or use dumbbells that work the same muscle group. If you are ever unsure, most machines have pictures and descriptions to explain what the machines are used for. You can always ask anyone that works at the gym, don't be afraid to ask questions. Most every gym that I've been to have all been very welcoming. We all are focused on being healthy and fit. It's not a night club, it's a gym =).

In closing,  I highly recommend dumbbells over using any equipment. Just find a bench and go to town. I always finish off my strength workouts with a cross-training run on the tread-mill or around the village =) or town.

P90X + Body Beast Chest, Shoulders and Arms Hybrid Workout

Slimmer's World Makati City
Slimmers World - Makati City Philippines

I went back and finished off my last day of my 3 day pass at Slimmers World in Makati City. The 3 day gym pass was given to me by the receptionist from the hostel that I was staying at in Makati City, and I definitely took full advantage of it! I'll be heading up north from here to see the Banaue Rice Terraces which is one the the Wonders of the World, and the only "WOW" in the Philippines. So I'm pretty excited about that.

Today I was planning to do the P90X Chest, Shoulders and Arms Workout, but I decided last minute to change it up and do a hybrid P90X/Body Beast workout instead, and it was money! It was just a straight up lifting day today, but I did do a slow 25 minute cool down run on the tread. I did walk to the gym and walked back so I also did a 5k fast walk on top of my gym workout. Everything counts people =).

P90X Body Beast Hybrid Workout

So here goes, the workout starts off with a chest exercise, followed by a shoulder exercise, then a tricep exercise and repeats for 5X. If you are interested in building mass, then use heavier weight and lower the reps.

P90X+ Total Body Plus Workout

P90X+ Total Body Plus
 P90X+ Total Body Plus

I haven't done any of the P90X Plus Workouts in awhile and decided that it was about time. The P90X Plus Workouts are another set of workouts geared towards people who have completed the P90X Classic Program or is at an advanced fitness level. As with all P90X workouts, always listen to your body and modify if you need to.

As I mentioned in some of my past P90X blog posts, I enjoy incorporating running into my workouts. This helps me train for one of my favorites hobbies....Obstacle Course Racing! You will also see me using sand bags instead of dumbbells, and adding a weigh vest to my plyometric workouts. As your level of fitness gets better, you too can add different elements to your P90X workouts to keep things exciting and more challenging. That's why I love P90X so much, it's more than just a 90 day program, it's a lifestyle, and perfect for anyone of all fitness levels. For more information on various P90X workouts, videos, and purchase options, click here!

Total Time: 45 minutes
Equipment Needed: Pull-Up Bar, Weights, Power Stands (optional)

P90X - Cardio X

P90X Cardio X is a 43 minute workout which is included with the P90X Classic Program. You will not find the Cardio X workout in the Classic Workout Schedule, only in the Lean and Doubles Workout Sheets. Although it is not included in the classic workout sheet, some people replace the P90X Plyometrics workout with Cardio X.

P90X - Cardio X
P90X Cardio X

Not one of my favorite P90X workouts, but I use this mainly on a rest or recovery day. The workout consists of a little bit of yoga, martial arts, fat-burning cardio, and plyometrics. This would also make for a good workout if you are just trying to get some cardio in for the day, and you don't feel like running.

P90X - Cardio X
P90X Cardio X

The great thing about this workout is that you can go as intense as you want. There are modifications available, so it is perfect for anyone of all fitness levels. It's also a fun workout to do as a group, especially if you are a Beachbody Coach who runs a Beachbody Fit Club.

P90X - Cardio X
P90X Cardio X

The one thing about this workout is that you can easily slack if you want to =). But if you go full intensity all the way to the end, you can burn some major calories with this. Just remember, when you are doing the power punches and kicks, that you do them with proper form or you can easily tweak your back or knees. Foot placement when you are kicking and punching is very important, keep your core tight, and always breathe =).

P90X - Cardio X
P90X Cardio X

P90X is definitely one of my favorite workouts to do on a weekly basis, specifically for strength. I just wanted to add this REMINDER in closing just for some of you out there who think that P90X is just a 90 Day Program. Most people do not know that P90X currently includes: P90X Classic, P90X2, P90X3, P90X Plus, P90X Certified Classes, and 3 years worth of P90X One on One Workouts. P90X is not just a 90 Day Program, it's a lifestyle. Don't let anyone tell you anything different just because they want you to try their program or gym. P90X is one of the most versatile workout programs out there. You can do P90X anywhere: the gym, your home, outdoors, incorporated with your other workouts, and in a group setting. Whatever your goal is, whether to lose weight, bulk up, lean up, train for a Spartan Race, or just maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.....P90X is for you!

If you are not sure how you could incorporate P90X into your life, then please feel free to contact me, I can assist you with customized P90X schedules and Online P90X Challenge Groups to keep you motivated and accountable with hundreds of other people. I look forward to your success. And remember, it's not just about fitness.....it's a LIFESTYLE.

25 Plyo Clap Push Ups

p90x plyo clap push ups
 25 Plyo Clap Push Ups

Today's workout was P90X Chest/Shoulders/Tris Workout with some Push Sleds in between sets. I love throwing stuff in with P90X because it helps me prepare for my obstacle course races, and most importantly, it keeps my workouts exciting. I would like to make a point here though: If you have not completed the full P90X program, then I do not really recommend hybrid workouts unless you are already at an advanced fitness level. P90X alone is VERY intense (one of the reasons why the success rate (people who finish the program) is pretty low), so to add additional exercises in between, it could be difficult for someone who is a at a beginner and/or intermediate level of fitness. Heck, it's even tough for most elite athletes! As always, listen to your body and always use proper form. Ask me about my upcoming P90X Challenge Groups, I will personally coach you through the program!

After the 19th exercise on the workout movement list, I was able to complete 25 PLYO CLAP PUSH UPS which I was actually shocked that I was able to do so. I can easily knock out 30+ Plyo Clap Push Ups without doing any exercises beforehand, so doing 25 after finishing 19 exercises prior PLUS a set of "Push Sleds" with a total weight of about 344lbs. (74lb Dog Sled with six 45lb plate weights), I was amazed! I have been doing a lot a P90X Weight Training and some Sand Bag Workouts, so I have been seeing some strength gains.

Plyo Clap Push Ups - 19th Exercise
P90X Chest Shoulders Tris

Here is a photo of me doing a 344lb Push Sled front and back. It's a great exercise to do in between P90X sets because it combines strength and cardio, which is exactly what I need when I am racing at a Spartan Race or other OCR's (obstacle course races).

 Push Sleds

If you are wondering where I am doing the above workout, it is at the Powerhouse Gym - Downtown Tampa. This place is amazing and even though I don't live in Tampa anymore, I still continue my membership at this gym because I love the facility so much! If you are ever in the Tampa, FL area, I highly recommend that you try to make a visit, you'll be glad that you did!

Here is the video of me doing the 25 Plyo Clap Push Ups. I wasn't going for height, I was primarily shooting for reps. Check it out:

Celebrities Who Do P90X

Celebrities P90X
 Celebrities Who Do P90X

Who cares right? Well, it's funny that some people can get motivated by celebrities working out, and the way I see it....if it motivates you to get off your ass, then it surely is a lot better than doing nothing!

Believe it or not, celebrities are real people, you're like "what, really lol?". What I mean by that is that there are celebs that would rather workout on their own instead of hiring a Personal Trainer. Not all celebrities hire Personal Trainers believe it or not! I mean think about it, if you are an A-List Celebrity, you are escorted, protected by bodyguards, and almost always have an entourage hanging around you, so it just makes sense that some of these celebrities choose to do things on their own....such as working out, and doing P90X.

Sheryl Crow - P90X
Sheryl Crow P90X

Here is a quick list of celebrities that have done P90X. This comes directly from Tony Horton's facebook P90X Celeb List, so it's not like I am making this up =). I have added a couple more to the list from my own research, but this is pretty much Tony Horton's list. Oh, and if you do not know who Tony Horton is, well....he's like the guy who created P90X. I'm sure you've seen his picture on Google Images right next to the founder of Crossfit =).

Kelly Slater - P90X
Kelly Slater P90X

Now I am not even sure if the celebrities on the list have even finished the full P90X Challenge, but that doesn't even matter. The fact that these celebs have tried it, incorporated it, or graduated from it, just shows that it is something to look into. Also, keep this in mind, none of the people on the celebrity list were asked to endorse P90X, they all can independently vouch that it does work, and that they have completed it, or at least have done it as part of their training for a movie, concert, professional game, or just to stay in shape.

The Celebrity List:
1. Sheryl Crow
2. Ashton Kutcher
3. Demi Moorre
4. Usher
5. Ewan McGregger
6. Jenny Garth
7. Poppy Montgomery
8. Emmett Smith
9. Ray Lewis
10. David Akers
11. Donovan McNabb
12. Brian Westbrook
13. Matt Diaz
14. Kelly Slater
15. Barry Zito
16. Bryce Dallas Howard
17. Kenny Smith
18. Jo Jo Reyes
19. Brian Wilson
20. Pink
21. Joey Fatone
22. John Hartung ~ Local news and sports
23. Paul Ryan ~ Congressman - R
24. Heath Schuler ~ Congressman - D
25. Ray Allen
26. Jason Scheff
27. Chris Pratt -Guardians of the Galaxy
28. Ben Stiller
29. Erin Andrews - ESPN
30. Jenn Brown - ESPN Reporter

And so there you have it. Now this is not at all the full list, and I am sure that there are more and more celebrities who are "BRINGING IT" with P90X. And if it isn't with P90X, it may be one of the 30+ Fitness Programs that the company Beachbody has on the market.

Chris Pratt - P90X

So just because these celebrities have done, or are doing P90X, does this mean that you should? Absolutely not! Obstacle Course Race Training with P90X

Obstacle Course Race Training with P90X
Obstacle Course Race Training with P90X

I really enjoy talking about this topic because it seems like so many people are confused about how to train for an OCR (obstacle course race), what is the best way to train, which training method is the best, and so forth.

First of all, I don't believe in training for a specific race unless you are already in good athletic condition (not necessarily peak condition), meaning.....you are at your fitness goal whether that be athletic, weight loss specific etc. I have heard so many people say "I need to train for a Spartan Race", and they can't even do one pull up, or bear crawl for 25 feet.  FYI, anyone can finish a Spartan Race, or any obstacle course race, just ask yourself this question: Are you training to compete at an elite level, or are your training just to race for fun and just finish?

Colorado Spartan Military Sprint - Ft. Carson, CO.
Colorado Spartan Military Sprint

Some of the most elite obstacle course racing athletes out there won't even tell you there secrets because they don't want anyone to steal their thunder, and I understand that. But people have to realize that these athletes have been training for years. Most of them have years of cross country running experience! They did not come from years of watching TV on the couch, they worked hard to get where they are, but guess what? They started somewhere in the beginning, they started based on their fitness level. They began their training with building a foundation, learning proper form first, being consistent, building strength and endurance, and through time, they achieved greatness. They didn't start doing tire flips, weight vest and elevation mask training and rope climbs, they did basic movements like squats push ups, jogging, circuit training, and pull ups. People have to realize that you cannot train like an elite athlete, until you are an elite athlete, or at an advanced fitness level. You have to start from the beginning, build your foundation, gain your strength and endurance and if you stay consistent, you will then be able to train like an elite athlete. I've seen so many people trying to do all of this crazy training stuff, and they get injured, it's really ridiculous! Everyone is always looking for the quick solution, fast results, the "hardcore" workout etc. But if you want the BEST results, you have to do things right, you have to be safe, you have to listen to your body. It's not about what you can do in a couple months, it's what you can do for the rest of your life!

Body Beast + P90X OCR Workout - Powerhouse Gym
Obstacle Course Race Training with P90x

For the record, I want all of you reading this to know that I am a Full Time Beachbody Coach. I have been training with all of the most elite Beachbody Fitness programs since 2010. But I do know that Beachbody Fitness is not the only way to get fit and healthy, and definitely not the only way to train for an obstacle course race. What I am saying is that, this is how I train for an OCR, and I have had great results. No, I am no Hobie Call, but I am someone that just started running in 2011. I am also a Top 10% Finisher (sometimes 5% finisher), and a Top 3 AG finisher. I am by no means bragging about my accomplishments, but in order to give advice to people, I believe that it helps to have credibility. There are so many OCR Coaches, Personal Trainers, SGX Certified Trainers etc. who train people for races, but have not even achieved elite status, they have never won any races! So why would you even consider coaching from them? Now yes, they may know a thing or two about sports science, and that helps a ton, but if you know what you're talking about, why not be a product of the product and show people what you know?

Hobie Call and I - Superhero Scramble North FL 2013
Hobie Call Superhero Scramble

I am a product of the product because I am loyal to my fitness programs, my shakeology nutrition, and I present my hard work at various obstacle course races. So the next time you start looking for someone to train you for a race, it's helps to find out what their race resume looks like. And they don't have to be a Hobie Call or anything like that, but I would seriously look for someone who is at least a Top 10% Finisher or a Top 10 AG (age group) Finisher. Because only they know how to make it to the top. They know what hard work is all about, they know a heck of a lot about not making excuses, and how to stay motivated. That's the kind of coach you want coaching you, do you agree?

I have been Obstacle Course Race Training with P90X, and other Beachbody Fitness programs since 2011. When I did my first Warrior Dash in the Carolinas, I was surprised of my fitness abilities because before that, I had already graduated from P90X and the Insanity Program. After the Warrior Dash, I found out that I needed to incorporate running into my workouts, and so I did. I few months after incorporating running into my P90X workouts, I did my first half marathon (I skipped the 5K and 10K's lol) and completed my first half with a time of 1:36.

Warrior Dash World Championship Qualified (2014)

18th Overall out of 250 at WD Chicago

I don't want this blog to turn out to be like a book lol, so I will just share with you some things that I do with P90X to help me train for obstacle race events:

- Weight Vest: I wear a weight vest (no more than 10-15lbs) when I do P90X Plyometrics, Asylum Vertical Plyo, and Trail Running after a workout. (ok, be smart people, if your goal is to lose weight, then you shouldn't be using a weight vest)

Sand Bag or Added Weight: In between P90X and Body Beast Strength sets, I pick up a sand bag or a dumbbell (whatever you have) and run for 25m or less. You can run up stairs, tread mill, neighborhood etc. I prefer anything that is not flat =).

- Spartan WOD: I normally do my P90X and Body Strength Workouts on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I do Insanity, Asylum, T25, Yoga and Spartan WOD's (choose one) on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. You have to listen to your body. Insanity workouts are #craycray, and so you can easily over train with such workouts. The Spartan WOD's can get crazy too, so just pick and choose based on how your body feels on that day.

1st Place AG, 6th Overall - Superhero Scramble Miami (2013)
Superhero Scramble Miami 2013
 Fueled by P90X and Shakeology

- Elevation Mask: I don't use this as much as I should, but I try to use this for all of my workouts (strength, cardio, running) especially a couple weeks leading up to a race. If you're training for a sea-level race, this will definitely give you the advantage. If you are from sea-level and training for a race with higher elevation, this will help as well, but keep in mind, you will be competing against locals who are already acclimated to the elevation. I would try to get to the race destination at least a week before race day.

- Outdoors: Take your P90X workouts outdoors, or your garage, or maybe even an open gym like a Crossfit Box. Use the workout sheets or P90X app. Obstacle Course Races are outdoor events, so the more you can get used to training outdoors, the better your body will adjust on race day. Plus, nature is beautiful, enjoy it!

- Running: I like to do my longer runs on my strength days (Mon, Wed, Fri), and shorter runs on my cardio days (Tues, Thurs, Sat).  My goal is to do at least 2 short runs, and 1 long run. I also enjoy doing sprints in between P90X and Body Beast sets if I am not doing burpees, but you can always alternate between the burpees and sprints. Try also doing Parachute Sprints in between sets, that's a good one, as if the strength workouts won't already kick your arse =) Running alone is just friggin boring! =)

Meet Singles into Running - Free Sign Up!
Running Singles

- Burpees: Sometimes I do a 1 minute "run in place" then 30 burpees after each P90X or Body Beast Strength Set. It's important to incorporate cardio into your strength workouts especially if you are training for OCR. Obstacle Course Racing is not just about obstacles, there is a lot of running and cardio involved, so make sure that you are doing this with your workouts.

- Watch the Videos: If you are just a beginner, and you are not familiar with the exercise movements, then it is always recommended that you watch the videos first before using the worksheets, and taking your workouts to the gym/outdoors etc. Once you understand doing the movements properly, then you don't need the videos. But I tell you what, the goal is always to try to keep up with them on the videos. Sometimes I workout without the videos, and it takes me double the time to complete the workout. So if you can finish the P90X workout in the same time frame from the videos, and do all the reps, that's when you know you're a beast!

- Nutrition: I am not a nutritionist, but what I do know is that if you want the best results, you have to focus on 80% nutrition (what your fuel your body with), and 20% fitness (how consistent you train). I know some athletes who don't really have good eating habits, and they claim that you don't need it. I think that's crap! It's not what you do these few months, it's what you do for life. Do you just want to be an athlete for a few months, or do you want to be an athlete for the rest of your life? I choose to be happy and healthy forever, and my Shakeology helps me with that.  It always has, and it always will. You don't have to drink Shakeology, although I highly recommend it, all you have to do is eat a clean as you can, and stick with it. Like anything, it's about consistency!

Crossfit versus P90X

Crossfit versus P90X are both fitness programs guaranteed to enable you achieve lean fat mass, and elite athletic performance after a rigorous training schedule is followed through. Crossfit can be viewed in two ways;

- As a sport
- As a training modality

In the event that you are undertaking the Crossfit fitness program as a sport, then it means that you may be an athlete who is training for a match or a Crossfit game and this requires you to acquire various sets of skills different from those of an individual who is just using Crossfit as a training modality.

What is Crossfit?

If at all you are taking Crossfit as a training modality, this then means that you are out to achieve your own individual goals health wise. This is in regards to those who need to decrease fat, pregnant women and those who basically want to break the monotony of their daily life. This means that those in this category are not necessarily training for any type of organized competition.

On the other hand, undertaking a P90X Challenge will enable you undertake a ninety day fitness program which is filled with various routines of both cardiovascular and aerobic training. You can also incorporate P90X into any fitness routine instead of following the 90 day workout schedule. One of the advantages the P90X fitness program has is that the method used in training is called muscle confusion which is geared towards confusing the muscles of the body by aggressively challenging them in a variety of ways. This is of course by using;

- Different weights
- Bands
- Calisthenics

The best thing with P90X is that it can also be used in the gym or park and this is so long as you follow the P90X worksheets or the P90X app. The P90X app for Iphone is great and every trainee or trainer should actually consider having it and this is because the interactive features make it fun and easy for one to stay focused and motivated throughout the program. With this app, you actually become accountable which enables you to push through your plateaus like never before! In addition to that, you are also able to conveniently track your reps and weights and also view your customized progress reports which you can share. How amazing is that!

The P90X worksheets are also great when you use them in the P90X fitness program and this is because you will be able to track your progress which is one of the most important aspects when it comes to fitness. Do consider employing it and you will be glad that you did!

The Science Behind P90X2

I am a fan of both Crossfit and P90X, but I prefer the functionality and simplicity of P90X. If you are training for the Crossfit Games, then I understand the purpose behind olympic lifting, but I don't need that for everyday life, and as an Obstacle Course Racing athlete, I don't feel it necessary. I've been to several Crossfit facilities, and the energy is on point, so I understand why people can get addicted. People need motivation, and the camaraderie is an exceptional bonus! I actually prefer Crossfit Endurance

With P90X, there are many ways to get motivated. To be honest, anyone who works out from the comfort of their own home with P90X is HARDCORE to me, because self-motivation is very hard to do, and most people need the support from others. Here are some ways to do P90X outside of your home:

- The gym, just use the P90X Workout Sheets (see below) or the P90X app
- Bring your equipment outside or to the park!
- Attend a Free Fit Club. Check out meetup.com for Free P90X Group Workouts

P90X - Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X

Today I decided to do some P90X - just straight up lifting because I got my butt handed to me last night with my Insanity Max Interval Circuit workout, I totally forgot how long that workout was (59 minutes!).

Tomorrow I will be leaving Tampa and won't be back again until sometime in August, so I had to make sure to get another workout in at Powerhouse Gym in downtown Tampa, which in my opinion, is the BEST gym ever! I ended up doing P90X Shoulders and Arms along with ARX (Ab Ripper X), one of my favorite workouts within the P90X Classic program. I remember doing P90X for the first time back in September of 2010, and it is still a BEAST workout, just like it was back then! Maybe that's why I am so addicted to this extreme program, because it continues to challenge me in more way then one.

So without further ado, let's get into the workout!

As always, make sure that you get your WARM UP in, if you are at the gym, you can get on the treadmill and do a light job, and some nice ballistic stretches just to get the body ready. The workout consists of 5 rounds of 3 exercises (3 exercises performed 2X).

First Round:
- Alternating Shoulder Press
- In and Out Bicep Curls
- Two-Arm Tricep Kickbacks
Repeat

Right after my P90X Shoulders and Arms workout, I went straight into Ab Ripper X! As always, ARX always kicks my butt, I think my abs started cramping up LOL, at any rate, I finished strong!

I finished off with a quick cool down on a Spin Bike and cycled for about 10 minutes, and that was it, DONE! =) It's SHAKEOLOGY TIME!
